Returning artist Ann Torralba is an award-winning Chicago children’s musician, a former Chicago Public School teacher, an instructor at Chicago’s iconic Old Town School of Folk Music, a mom, and a first-generation Filipina American. She has made seven family music albums which include genres such as: indie, folk, rock, punk, country, and bluegrass. Ann sings and plays guitar, ukulele, flutes, and percussion on her albums. She has received wonderful accolades for her albums such as the NAAPA award and the Parent’s Choice Award, and has written and collaborated on songs that highlight her Filipina American culture.
Ann introduces Suzi Shelton, an award-winning NYC singer/songwriter and YouTube host who has been bringing joy and musical fun to families for over a decade to the BrittKids Koncert stage. Suzi’s music celebrates diversity, inclusion and kindness.
